Vanity Hair Xtensions operate this site for the purpose of selling our products. You, the user is welcome to browse the Site, but please bear in mind that your use of this Web Site is subject to your acceptance of our terms and conditions. If You do not accept the terms & conditions, please immediately leave the site.
Vanity Hair Xtensions are a luxury human hair product, we cannot be held responsible in any way for goods once received by you and you use or treat the hair extensions or any other product in anyway. This includes incorrect application, damage from perming, colouring or cutting. This also includes modification of any form. We do not accept responsibility of damage to your hair or skin due to misuse, this applies to all hair sold on vanityhairxtensions.co.uk.
All products sold on this website are for use by trained professionals or to be applied under supervision of a fully qualified hair extension technician. The hair will have been chemically processed to create our hair extensions colour tones; we advise you not to further recolour the hair. A skin test should be done prior to applying pre bonded extensions to test for allergic reactions to the cold resin at least 24 to 48 hours prior. Removal of extensions should again only be done by or under the supervision of trained hair extension professionals.
Colour unfortunately may vary from batch to batch, Vanity Hair Xtensions and its suppliers endeavour to match shades to the best of our ability but unfortunately on occasion this may not be possible. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the colour you have received, you may return the unused, unopened product back to us within 28 days for a refund.
All of our pre-bonded hair extensions are double drawn to a 60% ratio which means that there may be some shorter lengths within the bundles of hair and not root to tip length.
Orders
We can only accept orders placed on our website for delivery within the UK. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or any of the off-sure Islands in Scotland will carry a delivery surcharge. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. All orders will be dispatched same day when ordered before 12.30pm or next day when ordered after 12.30pm Monday to Friday. All deliveries unless standard delivery require a signature upon receipt.
You, the buyer are solely responsible for providing us with the correct delivery address, if this is incomplete or incorrect when the order is dispatched, we cannot be liable for your shipment.
All of our prices include VAT
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled if the order is processing or dispatched. Unwanted orders placed will need to be returned unopened and unused in original packaging for full refund to be processed.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we do offer a refund policy. When returning our products they must not be opened and must be in there original packaging. If you have used any of the products we are unable to accept these back due to hygiene reasons. Hair colour and length must be checked upon delivery and before application. Please refer to our returns policy page.
Faulty Items
Vanity Hair Xtensions endeavour to deliver quality luxury hair extensions suitable for use by professionals. If you are not happy in anyway about the quality of our product or if you have found a fault with the extensions please contact us immediately so one of our trained professionals can help you resolve any problems you have, due to almost all problems can be resolved by aftercare advice. You have 28 days in which to report any faults to us. If you do not contact us for aftercare advice and remove the hair without consulting us, we have the right to reject any returns. If you believe the item is faulty you must contact us immediately If your order is under 28 days old and we cannot resolve by our aftercare instructions, we will ask you to return the goods back to us for a full inspection

Please Note: Delivery prices vary due to the weight and/or value of orders. Delivery charges are calculated automatically at the checkout. We are unable to amend the delivery address once the order has been completed.
Vanityhairxtensions.co.uk are proud of the high-quality luxury hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you may need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions unopened and in the original packaging
You will have up to 28 days to return unopened goods to us. Return postage will be your responsibility. We advise getting proof of return postage.
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not removed from the packaging and not used in any way Refunds usually take 2-3 days from receipt of goods and will be refunded back into your account, this can vary depending on your bank.
We aim to deal with all returns within 24 hours of receiving them, this can vary at busy times. If an exchange of goods is required. A new order for the replacement hair needs to be completed. Once we receive the unwanted hair a full refund will be made.
