Iced Out Stone Melt is one of our gorgeous balayage melt effects created with a base root of Frappe and overlayed with highlights of Stone and Iced Out to create the ultimate ash blonde balayage.

Works well with MOUSE MELT for a super multi tonal balayage blonde or with ICED OUT for an ashy bombshell blonde. This shade is a mix of STONE and ICED OUT with a root shade of FRAPPE.
